I thought the whole process - booking, delivery,collection was great. It was reassuring to get a phone call a couple of days before the hire day so I knew there weren't any problems. Also good to be able to have a slightly later collection time than advertised on the website, as the hire started later.
We were very pleased with the bouncy castle that we hired from yourselves, it was good quality and the children's party went down well. Delivery and pick up were on time and swift.
